At Avent Ferry UMC, the nurturing component of our mission statement is woven like a tapestry through every activity of the church. Small groups strive to meet the spiritual needs of each person. These include the Hallelujah Club for elementary school aged children, UMYF for middle and high school students, a vibrant college/young adult ministry, small group Bible studies, prayer teams, and a senior adult ministry. It is our intention to effectively communicate these opportunities to build community and meet the needs of God's people.
